Testimonial from the Sec 5 to 3s

Chin Yee (Sec5):

When I first join NPCC, I have the impression that NPCC is about ranks and badges, and a smart uniform.

Throughout these 4 years in NPCC, I realise that NPCC is not just what you see, it’s not only about the uniform and tough training, but there are unseen elements such as the bond, fun and laughter which makes me feel my four years with NPCC is worthwhile, I never regret choosing NPCC as my CCA.

The vigorous trainings and knowledge taught, not only developed me into a better person, but NPCC gave me the chance to take up leadership roles which allow me to seek for my full potential and growth. Not only that, but I learnt about my strength and weakness. NPCC strengthen my weakness and specialise me in my what I am good in.

In year 2008, my promotion from Staff Sergeant to Station Inspector tells me that my effort was recognised by the Unit and from this, I know that I my effort was paid off.

ALEX (Sec 4):

Life as a cadet is always a fun and exciting thing to be, it is the time when you are exposed to various stuffs such as drills and camp craft and have fun at the same time...

At the start, the road to success might be bitter, but through perseverance and sheer determination, I make it this far and tasted the sweetness... From an inexperienced cadet to a confident NCO, from a recruit to a staff sergeant, NPCC indeed teaches me a lot of thing...

Till now, I would still say that I miss my life as a cadet.

IGEN (Sec 4):

I have always wanted to put on that smart uniform ever since I was a kid, and through the many camps and events that NPCC has installed for me, I'm proud to say that I'm a NPCC cadet.

Over the years, NPCC have transformed me into somebody better and more responsible. Throughout the years in NPCC, my squad mates and I have went throught the thick and thin, which makes us bonded to one another. From a Private, all the way to a staff sergeant, I’ve learnt that nothing in life gives you a better feeling than to tell someone you're from NPCC. I am proud to be a NPCC cadet. Once a NPCC member, always a NPCC member.

AYUNI (Sec 3):

My life in NPCC has turned me completely into an independent and responsible cadet. Through all the trainings that we've gone through, it had made us stronger physically and mentally. I've also learnt to make new friends and strengthened bonds between us. It’s not only bonded within my squad, but also within the unit. Way to go NPCC!

Ellie (Sec 3):

My life in NPCC is really fun as me and my squad mates are bonded as one squad. NPCC turn me into a more discipline person and teaches me how to be a leader. It’s also challenging sometimes, but it is fun and enjoyable learning experience.

Joey (Sec 3):

Life as a NPCC cadet is unexpected and fruitful. I have become more confident and independent ever since I am a cadet. In my past two years in NPCC, I’ve open up myself to my fellow squad mates and even to everyone around me, that makes me a much easy going and cheerful person.

I am proud to say that, now I have the courage to speak up and start to think for others. I always enjoy every parade and not to mention the time spent with my beloved squad mates. I never fail to look forward to Friday, it is not only because that it marks the start of the weekend but it is because that that is the day we have our NPCC training.

Are you trying your best at 12:56 PM? If not, why not?
